You’re Driven to Serve
We’re Driven to Help You Succeed

You’ve answered the call to serve your community and the experience you’ve gained on the job is critical to the work you do every day. American Military University (AMU) is proud to offer the Everyday Heroes Grant, a special 10% tuition grant for emergency services professionals and their families.

In addition to the grant, you can save even more by getting credit for what you’ve worked hard to learn. AMU evaluates and applies transfer credit for eligible academic coursework, job experience, ACE-evaluated training, CLEP® credits, and military and public safety academy training, including POST, FLETA, BLET, and IFSAC®.

AMU is the #1 provider of higher education to the U.S. military and veterans, and we are open to all. Our 200+ online degrees and certificates can help you further your education and sharpen your communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

We proudly help government, public safety, and first responder professionals advance their knowledge and skills through high-quality, career-relevant, affordable online programs that start monthly.

To apply the 10% tuition grant to your application, select “Everyday Heroes” during the application process under Memberships and Affiliations. Family and extended family members — which includes spouses, dependents, parents, siblings, and legal partners — should select “Everyday Heroes Family Member.”
